+++ WiP Wednesday +++
Weekly round up of the WiP pieces cluttering up the desks of the authors of Stepping Between Games. So many models, so little time.
Thousand Eyes:
- Scarab Occult, transfers and bases to look more like sand.
- Magnus The Red, 90% done and just needs a final push.
- Knight Castigator, tempted to rip off the armour plates and redo them and base it.
- Original Ghazkhul is not quite finished, going to attempt a chequered pattern on the shoulders.
- First pack of 12 Ork Boyz, ready for some fun.
- Commission of the monsters from the Blood Rage board game.
- Imperial Fists for 30K, representing Pollux’s force.
tOther:
- Nurgle Horde needs painting
- Beasts of nurgle need making and painting
- Knight needs more conversion work on it
- GKs need finishing and basing.
- Admech needs converting to dark mech and respraying metal to make them easier to paint.
- Admech needs painting and basing
- Cawl needs building and converting to dark mech (because why not!)
- I am also debating the next army once this lot is done/sold/on fire.
Silvertabby:
- Pretty well covered on Mondays post.
- Plus the Imperial Dragon Knight.
That’s a lot of progress from everyone. Wait, Magnus is almost done? Did I miss some progress posts or are you holding back on us 😀 great work on the Orks too.
I love the colors on tOther’ nurgle. And Kirsten is painting the Dragon Knight!
I may have not posted some stuff. Mainly as I added bits to him in small sections, not quite viewable yet though.
I am liking the orks though, quite slapdash speed painting to get to the stage they are at though. Need to calm down and put some effort in now.
What would we do with ourselves if we didn’t have a pile of WIP to paw through?
Stuff to do is grand, to many projects on the go is when my mind breaks down.
I tell my wife I’d be up to no good if I didn’t have 40K projects.
What an eclectic spread; you do a much better job of balancing out mass projects than I. Also, I am lovin’ that 1K Sons warpsmith.
Cheers Doug, I am looking forward to doing more on him. Progress this week hopefully.
